I am traveling from London to Bucharest(Romania), with connection in Switzerland. I have to wait 13 hours for my connection flight. Can I leave the airport and return 2 hours prior to boarding or I have to stay in the airport all the time?

my colleague has an important meeting which is a 3 hour drive next week, he has to go with his boss but really doesn’t want to drive there or back with him.

We just cant think of an excuse why they would travel separately!!

I have seen a lot of travel agents advertising trips,vacations etc and the list says “inclusive of return airfare”. I am not sure what this “return airfare” means…does it mean only return tickets from a place? Or is it both ways to that place? Also does it mean only basic fare or taxes too?
